Menu Plan 1/23 - 1/27

I have no written menu plan for this week so I am going to make it now as I am typing. I can't wait to see what I come up with. :D

Monday: Roasted Chicken (stuffed with apple and onion) and mashed potatoes
Tuesday: Chicken Pot Pie and warm applesauce
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Pepperoni Pizza
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Whatever I am craving - lol
Sunday: Again - Whatever I am craving

For breakfasts, we usually have cereal and frozen waffles with fruit. Lunches: Nathan eats pb&j sandwiches, fruit, chips and cookies and I eat whatever is in the fridge or freezer. I like to have lots of variety so I do not make a plan for my lunches. For Hailey, I usually ask her what she would like to have for lunch - she has a strong opinion. haha (Amazing how she is only 19 months old!)

What are you have for dinner? I would love to hear!

  1. I made soup again :) This time it was Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana. And I got some left for tomorrow. Not sure about the rest of the week, but I know for sure I want to bake some French bread. I am sooo craving fresh baked bread with butter :)

Do you use Pinterest? Other than being an amazing inspiration for just about anything you can think of, you can find thousands of delicious recipes. It is so addictive.

    1. That sounds amazing! :) I love homemade bread too - I have a bunch of french bread in my freezer that I broke in half so it would last longer. lol

I do use Pinterest! I am on it everyday. lol It has given me so many recipes and ideas for my home! It is very addictive!
