CVS Shopping Trip - 12/4

This past Sunday, I wanted to stop in at CVS for candy canes and revlon nail clippers. As you can see...I purchased only the candy canes and other fall items. :D I got a raincheck for the Revlon clippers. (Deal was buy 2 Revlon beauty tools get $6 ECBs back - nail clippers are 2.99 each - so free! plus I have $6 in ECB to use!)

Here is a breakdown of what I ended up purchasing:

- Harvest wreath .59
- Fall window gels .29 each
- wreath hanger .59
- Fall greetings stand .50 (no tag)
- candy canes 1.27 (get 1.27 ecb but I got $2 because they had to print it off! score!)

Used $2.99 ECB

Total OOP: $0.86    Received $2.00 ECB     - Total Saved: 98% savings -- woot!

I love when holiday items are 90% off because you can find some great deals! The fall decorations will go in my fall box for next year...I did not have very many decorations but now I will be all set! And the candy canes are hanging on the tree! They look lovely! (Be on the lookout for a picture of our real Christmas tree decorated!)

How did you do this week at CVS? I would love to hear!

  1. We bought candy canes and a bottle of dish soap that was on sale. We used ECBs and spent $0.05 out of pocket and got $1 back in ECBs. I love CVS!!! :)
